Prompt: 58. AU sixth year: Snape has received a prophecy of his own (could be a dream, Trelawney, whatever), which is that if Malfoy and Potter don't reconcile, Harry will kill Draco using Sectumsempra, Dumbledore's plan will fall apart, and disaster will ensue (maybe he even foresees Harry becoming the next Dark Lord...). Desperate to avoid this, he eventually catches Harry outside the Room of Requirement and Draco in it, and draws on the power of the Room to provide what they need for this reconciliation to happen.
Summary: Confronted with another prophecy from Sibyll Trelawney, Severus Snape decides to take immediate action on it when he catches two of his students near the Room of Requirement after curfew.
